Founder & Artistic Director

 

Rasheeda D. Perry is a virtuous woman of God with a passion for the arts. With 30 years of experience in the arts, she was one of the founding members of the City Dance Troupe (now known as the City Dance Theatre) and the Unique Dance Company. She served as the Artistic Director of the Unique Dance Company for seven years.

 

She has won many awards for her solo and group works with both companies. She is a sought-after award winning choreographer, whose works have been brought to life by the Longwood Company of Dancers at Longwood University, the City Dance Troupe, and the Unique Dance Company.

 

She is truly a woman after God's own heart, determined to see all of her students reach their fullest potential in God.
